Custom Fitted Table Covers
Create a more tailored presentation with a custom fitted table cover. This one-piece slipcover follows the selected rectangular table dimensions and provides defined front and side panels for logo artwork. It is useful when a neat outline matters at reception points, exhibitions, presentations or organized event stations.

Plan your logo placement
Use a front-panel logo for the main approach direction and add top or side artwork where those surfaces remain visible. Configuration choices include front, top, back, left and right external panels; the selected rear construction may limit available artwork. Artwork must account for the tailored corners and panel joins.
Dye-sublimation printing supports full-color logos, text and images on the agreed external surfaces. Send an editable vector logo where available, or a clear high-resolution artwork file. File suitability, panel layout, any proof review and sampling arrangements are confirmed with the quotation.
Special finishes such as embroidery, foil, waterproof or flame-retardant grades require a separate feasibility review; they are not included as standard in this description.

1. Start with the dimensions
Measure the tabletop length, width and height. The table-fit options below describe the table itself; confirm the finished cover dimensions and drop separately.

2. Confirm the material and construction
Polyester; exact fabric grade and weight confirmed in the quotation. Choose the rear treatment to suit staff seating and storage access. Configuration choices to discuss: Open Back, Closed Back, Closed Back With Zipper, Closed Back With Slit. The final configuration depends on the size, print plan and quotation.
3. Specify the artwork and colors
Tell us which surfaces need printing, the main viewing direction and any important brand colors. The colors shown in the images illustrate a design concept, not a verified stock-color range. Printed fabric may differ from a screen preview.
4. Agree quantity, packing and any extras
Request the quantity needed for your event or trial project. Confirm packing separately. A table, carry bag, display materials and other scene props are not automatically included.
Use and fit
Measure the table before choosing the cover. Align the tailored corners with the tabletop corners, then lower the panels evenly without forcing the fabric. Specify whether staff need to sit behind the table or reach supplies underneath. A fitted cover is made for the selected table dimensions and is not a universal cover for all tables of the same nominal length.

Artwork and measurement notes
Confirm the finished size, artwork orientation, seams, print coverage and any important tolerances for the chosen configuration. A panel dimension is not automatically a printable area. Do not use scene props or illustrative colors as a packing list or stock chart.

Frequently asked questions
Is fitted the same as stretch spandex?
No. A fitted cover is a tailored slipcover; a stretch cover is tensioned around the table and its legs. Their fit requirements and lower outlines differ.
Can a fitted cover be used on a different table?
Only if the dimensions and shape suit the finished cover. Measure length, width and height, and mention rounded corners or unusual edges before quoting.
Which rear constructions can I request?
Configuration choices include open back, closed back, closed back with zipper and closed back with slit. Sztercel will confirm which construction can be supplied for your selected material and order.
Can artwork run across a corner?
Share the complete artwork and identify any elements that must align. Corner joins and drape affect appearance; a panel layout must be agreed rather than assuming a continuous logo will align automatically.
Are small quantities accepted?
Small orders are welcome for enquiry. The minimum quantity, fabric, print coverage, sampling and packing are confirmed for your project; a fixed one-piece minimum is not promised.
