The 3D use concept demonstrates a selected 4-inch round coaster at 4 mm thickness. It shows cup placement, the visible edge and the printed face when uncovered. It does not demonstrate tested absorption, heat resistance or a promised service life.

For custom cork coasters, send your authorised logo, proposed dimensions and print-colour instructions. Review the artwork at its final size: the natural cork appearance, fine lettering, borders and ink coverage all influence how clearly the design reads.
Specify the printed face or faces and ask whether an epoxy coating suits the intended finish. Confirm white printing, full coverage and fine-detail limits in the production proof. The “YOUR LOGO” images illustrate a possible layout, rather than a guaranteed print result.

What is the minimum order for custom cork coasters?
Our standard quotation starts at 50 pcs. Custom outlines are listed from 100 pcs and require a separate artwork review. Confirm the quantity for each size, thickness and artwork version; an overall quantity is not automatically a mixed-design minimum.
Which sizes and thicknesses are available for custom cork coasters?
Round and square formats list 3, 3.5, 4 and 4.5 inches, equivalent to 7.62, 8.89, 10.16 and 11.43 cm. Listed thickness options are 3, 4 and 5 mm. Rectangular examples run from 3.25 × 5.25 to 4 × 6 inches. Confirm the selected outline and usable print area before artwork approval.
Can my logo cover the whole coaster?
Send the artwork at the proposed final size so we can review coverage, safe margins, small text and the visible cork border. Confirm printed sides and any white ink requirements separately. Full coverage, exact colour matching and edge-to-edge printing are subject to the production proof.
Can I request an epoxy finish?
An epoxy coating option is listed. Confirm which face is coated, the final thickness, gloss level, suitability for the intended drink service and any care restrictions. A coating changes the visible surface, so the uncoated visual concept should not be used as a guarantee of the coated finish.
Are the cups and sets shown included?
No. Cups and surrounding objects are styling props. Stacked images demonstrate the product appearance and do not specify pack quantity. Confirm individual packing, sets, labels and outer carton requirements in the quotation.
How should I brief custom cork coasters for multiple locations?
Specify the quantity for each location and artwork version, preferred shape and dimensions, print colours, thickness, finish and packaging. Supply authorised logo files and destination postcodes. Ask for a sample or proof review before approving the full run.
What must be confirmed before production?
Approve the product specification, artwork, printed sides, finish, packing, price and schedule in writing. Request relevant product documentation and care guidance for the selected construction. Stock and delivery timing are confirmed by quotation; no unverified certification or thermal performance is implied.
