Custom Printed Table Runners
Add a focused branding panel to an event table with a custom printed table runner. The narrow fabric strip sits across the tabletop and hangs over the selected edges, so a logo can face approaching visitors without covering the entire table. A polyester configuration can be paired with a separate full table throw for exhibitions, presentations, reception tables and promotional displays.

Plan your logo placement
Runner print locations include front, top and back print positions. These are portions of the runner along its length, not the left and right panels of the supporting full tablecloth. Put YOUR LOGO on the hanging front portion and specify any top or rear artwork separately. Dye-sublimation supports full-color artwork; reversible or two-face printing is not included in this specification.
Dye-sublimation printing supports full-color logos, text and images on the agreed external surfaces. Send an editable vector logo where available, or a clear high-resolution artwork file. File suitability, panel layout, any proof review and sampling arrangements are confirmed with the quotation.
Special finishes such as embroidery, foil, waterproof or flame-retardant grades require a separate feasibility review; they are not included as standard in this description.

1. Start with the dimensions
Choose a finished fabric rectangle and specify the direction in which it will lie across the table. Table length is not the runner cloth length.

2. Confirm the material and construction
Polyester; exact fabric grade and weight confirmed in the quotation. The final configuration depends on the size, print plan and quotation.
3. Specify the artwork and colors
Tell us which surfaces need printing, the main viewing direction and any important brand colors. The colors shown in the images illustrate a design concept, not a verified stock-color range. Printed fabric may differ from a screen preview.
4. Agree quantity, packing and any extras
Request the quantity needed for your event or trial project. Confirm packing separately. A table, carry bag, display materials and other scene props are not automatically included.
Use and fit
Measure the tabletop and decide how far the runner should hang over the front and rear edges. For a runner passing front-to-back, total cloth length depends on tabletop depth plus the desired drops; confirm orientation before production. Center it over the table or a separate compatible throw and keep the visible logo clear of the tabletop edge. The supporting table and full table throw shown in scene images are styling props, not included items.

Artwork and measurement notes
Confirm the finished size, artwork orientation, seams, print coverage and any important tolerances for the chosen configuration. A panel dimension is not automatically a printable area. Do not use scene props or illustrative colors as a packing list or stock chart.

A runner is the narrow central strip. A table or full table throw used to stage the runner is not automatically included. Any additional items must be listed explicitly in the quotation.
Do the sizes describe a table or the runner?
The runner sizes describe the finished fabric rectangle, unlike the 4/6/8 ft table-fit labels used for the other cover styles. Confirm orientation and the desired hanging drops.

That would be a separate customized product. This runner listing covers artwork on the runner itself; the supporting throw is not an additional print surface included in the runner order.
